The Parish Council is a third tier authority within the area of Stroud District Council and Gloucestershire County Council. Parish Councillors strive to look after the best interests of the parish, with their wide range of interests involving:
Churchyards, crime prevention, entertainment, halls, lighting, litter, open spaces, parking places, parks, planning, playing fields, rights of way, roadside verges, seats, shelters, signs, traffic calming, transport, greens, etc.
Meetings are held monthly at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of the month, except for August, in The Rowles Room of the Village Hall. There is a period set aside before all meetings for public discussion.
